Custom orders are personalized, one of a kind, customer specific orders. Design details and mock ups are provided and once approved, an invoice will follow. Invoices must be paid in full prior to creating your order.

Custom orders are final sale. Unless there is an error on our behalf, we are not responsible for items not picked up in time for events, misspellings (we will print as noted and confirmed on mock ups and invoices), and such. Buyers are asked to pick up items during their time frame. If not, they will be invoiced for shipping and item(s) will be shipped upon payment.
Be sure to submit the form below with an active email address. We like to keep communication through email as it links to your invoice. It's easier to keep all communications, processing times, payments and such linked in one place. Please refrain from text message orders.
