Please note orders paid with PayPal Checks will not ship until payments have been received.  This could take up to 2 weeks. 


Please note 6% sales tax will be added to all PA orders for non clothing items such as jewelry. An Additional 2% will be added for Philadelphia County sales.


Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return your item(s) for whatever reason, please contact us at within 3 business days of arrival, prior to mailing back your items. Sale items are final sale.  Personalized items are final sale. We will arrange a refund excluding shipping costs within 3-5 business days if needed. All refunds will incur a restock fee. Your refund will be credited back in the original form of payment minus restocking fee and any additional shipping charges.  Outside of 7 business days (14 business days max), you may qualify for a credit or exchange.  Please note, items must be unused and unworn prior to returns and exchanges.  Credits are good only for the refund amount, excluding shipping, and can only be used at  Etsy purchases must be handled via Etsy.

Customers are required to ship back items and must pay return shipping.  We can email over a return label upon payment of a shipping invoice.  We recommend shipping USPS First Class or Priority Mail (includes insurance) with tracking. We are in no way responsible for lost of damaged return items.  We recommend adding insurance to your return package incase the package is lost or damaged.  We do not accept "forced returns" which means you must contact us prior to returning your items to ensure your item meets the return criteria.  

If sizing is incorrect, you may mail back the unworn item, upon receipt of the item(s) we will send an invoice for the new shipping charges and mail out the correct size.



All orders are processed then shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. All orders will ship within 7 - 14 business days.

Most orders ship USPS First Class Mail which should arrive within 2 - 5 business days.  USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Express upgrades are available during check out. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Shipping costs are based off of USPS's current rates. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We ship to the address provided.  Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.  If your package is delayed in-transit please contact USPS.  If your tracking hasn't update please contact USPS.  If your package has been returned to sender please email us at


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Upgrading to priority mail will add insurance to cover the cost up to $50.  If you would like to add insurance to your package please do so during checkout with Route.  Free Shipping on orders of $35+ ships USPS First Class Mail and excludes International Shipping.


International Shipping

International orders may take 4-6 weeks for delivery.  We ship with the United States Postal Services International Service.  Once your package is out of the US we have no way of tracking the order.  Please be patient and contact your local Post Service for updates. We are not responsible for delayed and/or lost or stolen packages, however we will do what we can to help locate your package.


Custom Orders

All custom orders are final including name/personalized headbands.  You may not return and/or exchange any custom or personalized items.
