One of my favorite things about motherhood is discovering books that make our kids feel seen, inspired, and confident. Bella’s Brave Adventures, written by Cheyenne Martin, is one of those stories - the kind that leaves your little ones smiling and feeling brave long after you close the book.
We recently received a copy to read (thank you, Cheyenne!), and my girls immediately gravitated toward it. It’s warm, fun, beautifully illustrated, and full of the kind of messaging I want them to carry every single day.
If you’re looking for a meaningful gift this holiday season - especially something to pair with pajamas, a snuggle on the couch, or a bedtime routine - this book is a perfect pick.
Grab the book here on Amazon!

Without spoiling anything, the story follows Bella, a curious and adventurous little girl who learns that courage isn’t about being fearless - it’s about trying new things, trusting yourself, and believing in your own strength.
It’s the exact kind of story so many kids need:
Encouraging
Confidence-building
Easy to understand
Filled with positive messaging
Written with heart
Even better? The representation is beautiful. Kids deserve to see characters who look like them, dream like them, and explore the world boldly.

We read Bella’s Brave Adventures near the Christmas tree - and it just felt right.
Cozy. Encouraging. Memorable.
Reading together is already a core memory for us, and books like this make that time even more special.
This book is a perfect stocking stuffer, teacher gift, or addition to a holiday book basket. It’s especially meaningful for families who love stories about self-confidence, identity, and trying new things.
If you’re looking for a book that inspires bravery, confidence, and curiosity - Bella’s Brave Adventures deserves a spot on your shelf. I’m so grateful we got a chance to read and review it, and I know your kids will love it just as much as mine did.
