Let’s be real - summer isn’t all breezy beach days and iced coffee on the patio. For moms, it often means juggling camps, snacks, sibling squabbles, and late bedtimes. But even in the chaos, you deserve moments that are just for you.
Here are a few easy, low-effort ways to squeeze in some self-care this summer - even if it’s just 10 minutes at a time.
When the house gets quiet (finally), throw on your favorite Mama sweatshirt and head to the porch. Bring a book, your journal, or just sit and enjoy the breeze. You’d be surprised what a few quiet moments can do.
Wake up 15 minutes before the kids and sip your coffee in peace. No screens, no chores. Just you, your thoughts, and maybe your favorite mug.
Let the kids have screen time or quiet time and take a few minutes to stretch, put on some lip balm, and change into something cute just because. (Our cozy Mama leggings count as self-care.)
Grab that water bottle and add lemon, cucumber, or mint. Staying hydrated is a small win that makes a big difference in how you feel.
Crack open a sparkling water or pour a glass of wine, light a candle, and sit outside. No guilt. Just vibes.
Self-care isn’t always bubble baths - it’s texting your sister to vent or asking your partner to take bedtime duty. You deserve support.
