This program offers a paid opportunity for teens to earn $1,200 or more, while also gaining leadership skills, making new friends, and enjoying outdoor adventures like kayaking, rock climbing, fishing, and camping—all for FREE!

What is Discovery Pathways?

Discovery Pathways is an outdoor leadership program that helps teens explore nature, develop teamwork skills, and give back to their community. This is the perfect alternative to a traditional summer job, offering hands-on experiences, adventure, and personal growth.
