If your kids are dino-obsessed (and honestly, who isn’t?), then you’ll love Dinos After Dark at the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University. This special event lets families explore the museum after hours for an evening full of prehistoric fun.
Once a month, the museum stays open late for families to enjoy their dinosaur exhibits, hands-on activities, and live shows. It’s the perfect chance to wander through the fossil halls, meet real scientists, and even catch live animal presentations all while avoiding the daytime crowds.
While the kids are busy exploring, parents can relax at the Dino Drafts Beer Garden, featuring local brews and kid-friendly snacks.
Each Dinos After Dark night has themed activities, from arts and crafts to scavenger hunts, so every visit feels fresh and exciting.
Location: Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University, 1900 Benjamin Franklin Parkway
Time: 4:00–8:00 PM
