The season of giving is here - and one local business is making a big difference for families in need this Thanksgiving.
Mrs. B’s Catering, a beloved soul food business based in Clifton Heights, is hosting a Turkey & Coat Drive on Sunday, November 24, 2025, from 12 PM to 3 PM at 24 S. Springfield Road, Clifton Heights, PA.

This community event will help local families stay warm and well-fed for the holidays, offering:
🧥 Free Coats
🛒 Free Groceries and Food
🦃 1 Free Turkey Per Family
🍽️ Hot Platters for just $10
If you’d like to give back this season, Mrs. B’s Catering is accepting donations of coats and food items ahead of the event. Simply send them a message on Instagram @mrs.bscaterin to coordinate a drop-off or volunteer support.
For many families, the holidays can be a stressful time- especially with the rising cost of food and essentials. Events like this remind us that community care is at the heart of Philadelphia and its surrounding neighborhoods.
Mrs. B’s Catering has always been known for serving up delicious soul food, but their generosity and dedication to helping others show that they’re feeding more than just stomachs - they’re feeding the community’s spirit, too.
