Philly Moms: Things to Do in Philly this Weekend with Your Kids

There's so many fun things to do in Philadelphia this weekend with your children! The Penn Relays are here, which means the city will be busting at the seams with tourists and great things to do!

Here's a list of fun things to do with your kids in Philly this weekend!

Rothman Orthopedics' Roller Rink is open for the spring season! Head down to Dilworth Park, aka City Hall, for some skating fun! Admission for kids 10 and under is only $8 and adults are $10. Skate rentals are $6 or you can bring your own! It's recommended to make your reservations online before heading down.
Flavors on the Avenue in South Philly is back! This fun spring festival is a must! Sunday, April 30th from 11am-5pm you can walk along Passyunk Avenue, enjoying many of the amazing local restaurants, sounds from bands and DJs, as well as shop with and support small businesses. As a South Philly local, this is one festival we don't miss!
Franklin Square's Fountain Show is back! Celebrate opening day this Saturday, April 29th with free ice cream cones (from SquareBurger) and the first performance of the fountain show at noon! Don't forget to check out the fun mini golf course, carousel, and playground! (If you're a PA Access Card holder, take advantage of the benefits!)
Continue celebrating National Parks Week by attending Junior Ranger Day at Independence Historical National Park (across from Independence Hall). This event is free and great for children of all ages.
Learn to dance salsa and bachata at FDR Park! This is another free event that is great for all ages!
The Do Portugal Circus is in King of Prussia until Sunday, May 14th!
