One thing I love most about living in Philly is discovering small businesses that truly make an impact in our community. For this month’s Philly Small Business Spotlight, I’m so excited to share Little Yoga Squad by Mariah - a local yoga program that’s all about helping kids and families find balance, mindfulness, and joy through movement.
Founded by Mariah, Little Yoga Squad brings yoga to children in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate way. From playful poses to calming breathing exercises, Mariah has created a welcoming space for little ones to explore mindfulness while having fun. Her goal is to give kids tools they can use not just on the mat, but in everyday life - helping them manage big feelings, focus, and grow with confidence.
