This delightful story follows Clara Belle, a tiny witch determined to prove that she’s just as powerful as the great Transylvanian witches. But her silly tricks keep landing her in trouble! When the Monsters of Halloweentown try to help, things take a funny (and slightly spooky) turn thanks to the mischievous Malcom McGhoul.
