Things to do in Philadelphia with kids this weekend!

It's tulip season which means there's many farms around who offer pick-your-own tulips! Earlier this week we visited Holland Ridge Farm in Cream Ridge, NJ (about an hour from Philly) for a wonderful day of picking tulips, horse riding, and more! They're at peak bloom this weekend which means now is the perfect time to visit for #instaworthy photos! Some top farms to visit for tulip picking:
Head out to FDR Park in South Philly for their Youth Football Day! Outside of the Boathouse, on the lawn! Enjoy a day of food trucks, music, kayak tours, and meet & greets with Philadelphia Eagles! This event is free and held on Saturday, April 15th from 10:30am-2pm. Check the flyer below and visit FDR Park's website for more info!
FDR Park also hosts free community boating days and the amazing Southeast Asian Market with vendors - this is a must!
Fun things to do in Philly with kids:
While we like to keep the kiddos busy over the weekend, there's nothing wrong with enjoying time at home! Have you seen that Matilda is on Netflix? It's a favorite in our house! Movie nights are a great way to have a little weekend fun without breaking the bank!
Checking out anything on this list? Don't forget to tag us @MMofPhilly! Have a great weekend exploring Philly! Did we miss something? Drop a comment with details!
